摘要: Silicon carbide ceramics which 5 mass% Al2O3 and 2 Y2O3 were added to prepared by the spark plasma sintering (SPS) method under conditions of 30 MPa min. Mechanical properties at room temperature eximined. The SPS brought dense silicon a 1800°C, was about 200°C lower than that hot-pressing process. obtained had higher strength fracture toughness those hot-pressing. results suggest inside sintered bodies during measured temperature.
