摘要: An analytic approach to the theory of optical defect modes in photonic liquid crystals case an active layer is developed. The study facilitated by choice problem parameters related dielectric properties studied structures. chosen models allow eliminating polarization mixing at external surfaces dispersion equations determining relation mode (DM) frequency characteristics isotropic, birefringent and absorbing (amplifying) its thickness are obtained. Analytic expressions for transmission reflection coefficients structure (DMS) (photonic crystal-active layer-photonic crystal) presented analyzed. effect anomalously strong light absorption discussed. It shown that a distributed feed-back lasing DMS with amplifying layer, adjusting DM results significant decrease threshold gain decreases as increases. found that, generally speaking, birefringence jumps interfaces crystal reduce lifetime comparison isotropic without interfaces. Correspondingly, not so pronounced low sufficiently large detail. options effectively influencing changing properties, particular,
