摘要: Despite considerable research, the routes of transmission and basis for seasonal pandemic cycles cholera have not been explained. Those areas world where clinical cases appear without apparent importation on a regular are endemic foci cholera. While can occur in many parts world, all such places permit inter-epidemic maintenance Vibrio cholerae. Two types focus exist. Primary present independent occurrence pandemic, found mainly Bangladesh India. Secondary only during currently Africa, USA, Australia Europe (Miller, 1984). Common factors between different may give clues as to how V. cholerae is maintained these non-epidemic part year. Low-lying riverine strongly associated with epidemic frequently outbreaks initiated fishing communities. The mechanisms endemicity also be linked variation distribution cases.
