摘要: The giant freshwater prawn breeding programme in China has been carried out as a closed nucleus from 2006. aimed to improve the harvest body weight and pond survival achieved remarkable progress. In this study, genetic diversity population structure of was analysed. Pedigree completeness, status diversity, inbreeding accumulation effective size were analysed according pedigree record. From 2006 2014, total 107,941 individuals with 555 males 967 females nine generations included analyses. completeness index six at least 0.92. After performing eight selections, decreased by 3%, 67% which caused random drift. 2 years’ selection, level began show marked upward trend. regression average rate co‐ancestry 0.0041 0.0051 2014. calculated above two parameters 122 98 respectively. is still within recommended for continue improvement programme, but below required (500) retaining evolutionary potential. To restrain increasing maintain size, measures are develop integrates management variability selection.
