摘要: Distal synaptic inputs to motoneurones produce Post Synaptic Potentials (PSP) at the soma with longer rise times and half widths than proximal inputs. This is due electrotonic spread of PSP. Previous studies have concentrated on time course a single compound EPSP for variety pre-synaptic input configurations (e.g. Segev, Fleshman & Burke, 1990). The represents only an intermediate variable in determining output discharge cell. Simulation compartmental models were used investigate functional consequences location transmission during repetitive firing.
