摘要: A multicentre randomised, double-blind, parallel group, general practice study was undertaken to investigate the efficacy and safety of aceclofenac (200 patients, 100mg twice daily placebo once daily) in comparison with diclofenac (197 50mg three times patients osteoarthritis knee. The treatment period twelve weeks preceded by a washout two duration. At end point, both diclofenactreated groups exhibited significant improvement pain intensity (p=0.0001). Although showed all investigators' clinical assessments (joint tenderness, swelling, on movement, functional capacity, overall assessment), there were no differences between groups. There was, however, trend towards greater complete knee movement reduced aceclofenac. In initial flexion deformity, significantly more effective than improving after 2–4 treatment. Patients' subjective assessment relief demonstrated 71% group reported as compared 59% treated (p=0.005).
