摘要: Differences between dairy and beef types in the way which fat is partitioned into subcutaneous (SCF), intermuscular (IMF) kidney knob channel (KKCF) relation to total carcass are illustrated. Data from dissection of 56 Friesian 63 Hereford sides provide main, source material emphasis throughout paper upon assessment fatness. It demonstrated that both SCF KKCF should be taken account fatness, but differences distribution IMF within these two depots not an important breed relatively unimportant
