Two-phase microstructural evolution at high temperatures for γ′-richen single crystal superalloys

摘要: AbstractThe two-phase microstructural evolution and the remained fractions of γ′ were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) for a series γ′-richen single crystal superalloys from IC alloys system. At IC31 IC32, high levels dissolution cause remarkable damages microstructure, especially when fraction drops to less than 45%, phase becomes sphere significantly interface distorts fairly. And relationship between different degrading stages are discussed systemically. The temperatures, Tsol, determined differential calorimetry (DSC) further considered. It is found that there good linear Tsol at 1200°C slide keeps fixed as about 0·5%/°C. Meanwhile, seems play an important role on mechanical properties, method with used estimate ...
