摘要: Abstract We present here a new application of silicon sensors aimed at the direct detection antinucleons annihilations taking place inside sensor׳s volume. Such detectors are interesting particularly for measurement antimatter properties and will be used as part gravity module in AE g ¯ IS experiment CERN Antiproton Decelerator. One goals is to measure gravitational acceleration antihydrogen with 1% precision. Three different sensor geometries have been tested an antiproton beam investigate their annihilation devices: strip planar, 3D pixels monolithic pixel planar. In all cases we were successfully detecting able make first characterization clusters tracks.
