摘要: Prostate cancer is now the commonest in men Western world, with over 34,000 new cases per annum and a lifetime risk of 1 11 UK (Cancer Research Factsheets 2008). However, its aetiology remains very poorly understood. There substantial worldwide variation disease incidence, being much commoner countries than developing world Far East (Marugame Katanoda 2006). These observations, together studies incidence rates migrant populations (Lee et al. 2007), suggest strongly that lifestyle factors are important determinants prostate risk. To date, however, no definite have been identified.
