摘要: The present study was carried out to examine the activation and development of cloned embryos produced by transferring miniature pig somatic cells into enucleated farm oocytes after exposing ultrasound. rates pronucleus-like structure formation polar body-like extrusion in exposed ultrasound did not differ from those applied electric pulses. Although there no significant difference blastocyst between different methods, mean number blastocysts developed activated significantly (p < 0.05) higher than that obtained applying results showed stimulation can induce vitro derived cells.
