摘要: Summary. A structured clinical examination has been an integral component of the final-year examinations conducted by Departments Medicine and Surgery at University Adelaide for last 8 years. It used as alternative to traditional examination. This paper describes results ongoing student examiner surveys carried out determine their views satisfaction with this new approach. also briefly discusses feasibility introducing such into a conventional medical school environment. The showed remarkable level acceptance support both students examiners. positive reaction maintained over 8-year period. The main reasons seem be its perceived relevance fairness. Students appear directing learning in direction thought desirable teachers. No significant problems have encountered practical implementation method.
