摘要: Disruptive behaviors continue to play a disturbing role in today's healthcare environment, negatively affecting care relationships that can adversely impact outcomes of patient care. Many organizations have implemented number different strategies an effort address this important issue with varying degrees success. New complexities and changing roles, responsibilities accountabilities for the delivery appropriate, high-value, high-quality, safe, satisfying added increasing pressures on better integrate coordinate across entire spectrum Physicians crucial process. When disruptive occur, rather than taking traditional more remedial punitive approach behavioral management, would do try focus physician staff needs provide appropriate supportive services help them adjust stress environment. Increasing levels burnout are their toll attitudes resulting disillusionment, dissatisfaction frustration well-being performance. often won't act own we need look they affiliated take initiative by providing administrative, clinical emotional support before occurrence unwanted event.
