摘要: The Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta (MEND) emerged in 2006 as an umbrella organization militia groups Delta, pursuing common political objectives freedom and development. However, MEND’s engagement tactics taking hostages, attacks on oil infrastructure placement bombs other explosive devices public places suggest to many observers that this organization’s members should be considered terrorists. Using a perspective which views terrorism crime, article illustrates how can viewed acts terrorism.
