摘要: SUMMARY Objective. To review of experience related to renal tumors children attended in the General Hospital Mexico. Material and methods. It was a study retrospective descriptive. The included 59 cases tumors. from new born 17 year old. were recorded sex age. section histologic revised. Results. Wilms’ tumor neoplasms more common with 39 (66.1%), clear cell sarcoma 5 (8.47%), mesoblastic nephroma, multicystic angiomyolipoma 2 respectively (3.39%), carcinoma, neuroblastoma rabdoid one case (1.7%) 6 tumoral infiltration metastasis others as retroperitoneal teratoma, lymphomas leukemias (12.3%). average age 5.3 years months years. Conclusions: is important knowledges frequency different types neoplasm according for guide useful parameters epidemiologic clinical diagnosis.
