摘要: Abstract Change in the low-voltage luminescence properties of ZnGa2O4:Mn green phosphors before and after In2O3-coating was examined by cathodoluminescence. The coating state distribution In2O3 nano-particles on were investigated field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). Especially, based FE-SEM analysis, formation phosphor confirmed. improvement cathodoluminescence efficiency lifetime In2O3-coated associated with nano-particles.
