摘要: Abstract Large-scale plant cultivation usually involves the use of pesticides. Apart from eliminating target organism, external chemicals may affect metabolism crop plant. This have implications for plants cultivated specific medicinal compounds. In this study effects diverse fungicides on Narcissus pseudonarcissus cv. Carlton bulbs were investigated. N . is being extraction alkaloid galanthamine. Fungicides typically used in applied a field experiment. The aim was to determine whether fungicide applications changed concentration galanthamine bulbs. 1 H NMR spectroscopy allowed quantitative analysis and other metabolites bulb extracts. Multivariate data revealed changes metabolite patterns caused by fungicides. Bulbs treated before planting generally had higher levels alkaloids, while foliar lower but altered carbohydrate metabolism. Within these groups, certain treatments metabolites. shows that can cause change metabolome still detectable after harvest. standard practices terms treatment found suitable production N. pseudonarcissus as raw material extraction. secondary potential effect pesticides agrochemicals should be taken into account.
