摘要: Biomarkers are very important indicators of normal and abnormal biological processes. Specific changes in pathologies, biochemistries genetics can give us comprehensive information regarding the nature any particular disease. A good biomarker should be precise reliable, distinguishable between interested disease, differentiable different diseases. It is believed that biomarkers have great potential predicting chances for diseases, aiding early diagnosis, setting standards development new remedies to treat New technologies enabled scientists identify several neurodegenerative The followings, instance, only a few many been recently identified: phosphorylated tau protein aggregated β-amyloid peptide Alzheimer's disease (AD), α-synuclein contained Lewy bodies altered dopamine transporter (DAT) imaging Parkinson's (PD), SOD mutations familial amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), CAG repeats resulted from Huntington's gene (HD). This article will focus on most-recent findings belonging four mentioned
