摘要: Pancreatic stellate cell (PSC) is a type of pluripotent located between pancreatic lobules and the surrounding area acinars. When activated, PSC can be transformed into myofibroblast-like cell. A number evidences suggest that activated main source accumulation extracellular matrix (ECM) protein under pathological conditions, which lead to fibrosis in chronic pancreatitis cancer. Recent studies have found also plays an important role endocrine function, islet diabetes. In order provide new strategies for treatment diseases, this paper systematically summarizes recent researches about biological behaviors PSC, including its stem/progenitor characteristics, secreted exosomes, cellular senescence, epithelial mesenchymal transformation (EMT), energy metabolism direct mechanical reprogramming.
