摘要: Objective: To determine the sources of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) in amniotic fluid and to examine its relation labor clinically diagnosed intra-amniotic infection. Methods: We assessed G-CSF receptor expression placentas (n = 50) from 5–40 weeks’ gestation, concentrations were measured 146), bronchoalveolar lavage 8), paired maternal serum, cord blood, neonatal urine samples 16). Results: Immunohistochemical staining messenger RNA analysis showed placental throughout gestation. The number decidual stromal cells expressing was significantly higher women with infection compared without (27 ± 2 versus 18 3 per high power field, P .02). Amniotic not different noninfected preterm term (1708 1673 1612 2100 pg/mL, .9). Labor associated a significant increase (1864 3151 .77, no labor; 3335 5364 1708 .09, preterm). Concentrations fluid, increased during (all < .05). Conclusion: similar pregnancies influenced by labor. Intra-amniotic an urine, samples.
