摘要: Within this paper, we analyze the fulfillment of Kyoto emissions reduction commitment particularly in Germany and its implication on long-term paths all macro-variables. Germany, like other industrial or Annex-B countries, must reduce by 2010 according to what call a “Kyoto Forever” scenario. We specifically investigate tradable permits as measures national overlapping generations (OLG) model, where change discounting technique using generation adjusted (GAD) comparison conventional OLG discounting. show that within our model framework is able develop along growing of, for example, gross domestic product (GDP) sharp contrast results simulations. At same time, current share higher burdens terms lower GDP, per capita consumption employment which can be initially interpreted contemporary costs reaching sustainable and, second, contributions internalizing external effects. However, macro-variables living are re-compensated through future values. This effect an intergenerational application full cost bearance, or, words, “polluter pays” principle oriented towards sustainability greenhouse gases abatement.
