摘要: The present study applied the use of sequential extraction technique and simple bioaccessibility test to investigate bioavailable fractions human bioaccessible concentration metals collected from nine stations in surface sediment Bernam River. concentrations total different were range 0.30–1.43 μg g−1 0.04–0.14 for cadmium cadmium, respectively, 6.20–288 kg−1 2.06–8.53 mercury mercury, 9.2–106.59 0.4–2.75 tin tin, respectively. chemical speciation Cd most sampling was order oxidisable-organic > acid-reducible residual exchangeable, while Hg exchangeable exchangeable. principal component analysis showed that main factors influencing sediments organic matter, cation exchange capacity, easily, freely, or leachable fraction, influenced by only factor which is fraction.
