摘要: In this paper, Polyacrylate/SiO2 nanocomposites were successfully prepared by combining non-aqueous sol–gel process of traethylorthosilicate (TEOS) and miniemulsion polymerization acrylates. Firstly, the kinetics TEOS with formic acid (FA) as catalyst was studied, which indicated that it beneficial to obtain spherical silica sol particles when molar ratio FA above 6. According kinetics, in situ modified 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MPTMS), then presence sol, acrylate conducted finally nanocomposite emulsion obtained.
