摘要: Abstract In this study, the characteristics of polyimide/BaTiO 3 composite films with various amounts BaTiO were evaluated. Modifier 1-methoxy-2-propyl acetate was added during preparation to disperse particles in polyimide matrix. Conversion polyamic acid (PAA) not completed for film a high loading (90 wt%). Dielectric constant increases from 3.53 46.50, at sweep frequency 10 kHz, as content 0 90 wt% (0–67.5 vol.%), which is mainly due relatively dielectric The losses 10 kHz ranging 0.005 0.015, switching domain wall. Water absorption decreases considerably increasing content. With 10 wt% (2.5 vol.%) addition, water reduces 45% that pure polyimide. Also, beneficial reduce film.
