摘要: The authors review aging phenomenology and life modeling; illustrate different approaches, showing their advantages applicability limits; raise problems relevant to practical applications of models evaluation material endurance. They present the fundamentals phenomenological theory modeling give electrical combined-stress data for materials. Electrical, thermal multistress valid insulating materials systems, either linear or curvilinear behavior are presented. Particular attention is given threshold-life under combined thermal-electrical stresses. General equations single multiple stresses presented, surface introduced. Generalization N-stress discussed.
