摘要: HGF was originally isolated from platelets and serum hepatectomized rats in several laboratories during the early 1980s (Strain, McGowan Bucher, 1982; Michalopoulos et al., 1983; Russell, 1984; Nakamura, Nawa Ichihara, 1984). It identified as hepatopoietin A 1983 (Michalopoulos 1983), eventually purified to homogeneity subsequently cloned sequenced 1989, named hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) (Miyazawa 1989; Nakamura 1989). Studies on factors related cell motility also a protein called scatter (Stoker 1987). Subsequent purification cloning of demonstrated that it identical (Gherardi Stoker, 1990). Similarly, research by Higashio al. (1990) substance mito-inhibitory sarcoma cells. This substance, known tumor cytotoxic (Higashio 1990), HGF. triple line discovery characterization underlines much knowledge has been accumulated since original sequencing factor. More than 500 publications 1989 have multiplicity effects many tissues, highlighted very complex biology transcends matrix motility, morphogenesis embryogenesis, neoplastic tissue regeneration.
