摘要: The mechanism of aspirin analgesia is still unclear, but it generally assumed that exerts its analgesic effect mainly on peripheral nociceptors. In this study, we demonstrate possible brain effects 975 mg in man. When electrical potentials evoked by painful tooth shocks were examined, was observed to significantly reduce the amplitude late waveform components, did not affect earlier components. Since our findings suggest early components reflect energy transmission and manifest activities an individual's perception information, postulate may act centrally pain processing.
