摘要: Abstract A completely quantum mechanical formalism has been developed to describe the high density plasma effects on fundamental atomic parameters. Both bound and free electrons are treated by a method which in principle is similar Hartree's self-consistent field method. The electrons' wavefunction obtained from Schrodinger equation with effective pottential representing spherically averaged Coulomb interaction electrons. Results given for level shifts, coefficients of transition probabilities, electron collision cross sections Ne +9 temperatures 200 500 eV an range 1–6 × 10 24 cm −3 .
