摘要: Pentacene films were deposited on a silica surface decorated with gold nanoparticles (Au-NPs). The crystallinity and packing orientation of the film are critically dependent properties nanoparticles, which can be tuned by self-assembled monolayer (SAM) organic thiolate nanoparticles. High-performance field-effect transistors based Au-NPs-embedded pentacene prepared if made "hydrophobic" as well "oleophobic" appropriate SAMs. Electrical bistability was observed in these devices, memory window that depends size modification Au-NPs. structural characterization electronic characteristics devices will detailed.
