摘要: Traditionally, NdFeB magnets with high remanent flux density or energy product could only be manufactured through altering the material compounds. In recent years, studies indicated that magnet properties of improved plastic deformation. These pointed out degree deformation is a key factor to improve magnetic properties. However, there are still many other process parameters affect either positively negatively. this paper, such as strain, strain rate, and temperature studied illustrate their influences on magnets. The property greatly when preferred orientation appears microstructure deformed One experimental results showed value had been increased by 76.7% effective reached 0.65. Experimental also rate dominating regard flow stress material. Through proper combination these parameters, one can obtain improved.
