摘要: Abstract Odontomas are generally encountered in permanent dentition and rarely seen primary dentition. These lesions regarded as essentially benign, though they often cause disturbances eruption of the associated tooth. We present clinical findings management 3 cases odontomas that occurred dentition, including a 3-year-old girl referred for examination an unerupted left upper canine, 6-year-old boy with lower second molar, 5-year-old who was presented right molar. In all cases, periapical panoramic radiography revealed radio-opaque mass surrounded by narrow radiolucent space located above crown Each diagnosed compound odontoma interfering tooth surgical removal performed under general anesthesia patients, final diagnosis based on histological findings.
