摘要: The electronic structure of hexagonal ZrO2 nanotubes, pure and doped with N P atoms, has been calculated by the linearized augmented cylindrical wave method. band structures densities states demonstrate that substitution nitrogen or phosphorus for a part oxygen atoms leads to decrease in optical gap from 4 1.95 1.9 eV, which makes such nanotubes candidate materials creation electrodes electrochemical photolysis water.
