摘要: Abstract A new experimental porcine model for creating selective ischemia of a specific part the myocardium while rest remains free has been used to study electrocardiographic (ECG) changes deriving from right ventricular (RV) wall. patch was stitched ventricle produce myocardial ischemic injury. In preliminary nine pigs, left wall in five and RV four animals induced, post-mortem dye injection performed evaluate blood flow area ischemia. an ECG 20 baseline recorded with use standard leads I–III, aVR, aVL, aVF, precordial (V 1 –V 6 ), V 4R , 3H 4H hour after inducing ischemia, repeated. Our produced injury which location surface were known antemortem. ST-segment 3 . only pigs (20%) elevation lead The results show that signs may imitate anterior or anterolateral infarction ventricle. this study, 4 R not pathognomonic This is tool studying hemodynamic univentricular biventricular
