摘要: Introduction: Neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs) are common and severely debilitating. Their chronic nature reliance on both genetic environmental factors makes studying NDDs their treatment a challenging task.Areas covered: Herein, the authors discuss neurobiological mechanisms of NDDs, present recommendations translational research therapy, outlined by International Stress Behavior Society. Various drugs currently prescribed to treat also represent highly diverse group. Acting various neurotransmitter physiological systems, these often lack specificity action, commonly used multiple other psychiatric conditions.
