摘要: Abstract Measurements of the real, ϵ', and imaginary, ϵ”, parts dielectric constant loss, tan δ, in (1-x)Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-xPbTiO3 system over microwave range (0.5—2.5 GHz) at temperatures from 300K up to 500K are carried out. The samples with x=0.3 0.4 possess room temperature relatively high losses may probably be new absorbing materials. substances x=0.5 have relaxor properties absorption radiation, relaxation process can described by Cole-Cole relation.
