摘要: Photovoltaic (PV) modules contain both valuable and hazardous materials, which makes their recycling meaningful economically environmentally. The of the waste PV is being studied implemented in several countries. Current available procedures include either use high-temperature processes, leaching agents or a combination both. In this study, silicon-based are separated using an electrostatic separator after mechanical milling. An empirical study used to verify if separation works select fix parameters. Rotation speed roller DC voltage evaluated as result metals (silver copper), silicon, glass, polymers. efficiency metals’ determined by acid corresponding fractions followed inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES); that polymer mass difference due combustion fractions; those glass silicon quantities X-ray diffraction (XRD) characterization Rietveld quantitative phase analysis (RQPA). It shown optimal obtained under different operating voltages 24 28 kV rotation 30 RPM higher. Furthermore, it there no significant among tested Results provide new option can should be optimized.
