摘要: Rapid Application Development (RAD) has captured interest as a solution to problems associated with traditional systems development. Describing the adoption of agile methods and Extreme Programming by software start-up we find that all XP principles were not adopted equally subject temporal conditions. Small releases, on site customer, continuous integration refactoring most vigorously advanced management developers. Paired programming other hand was culturally avoided.
