摘要: The aim of the research was to evaluate two chemical tests for non-invasive pregnancy diagnosis from urine, Cuboni reaction and barium chloride test, in donkeys (Equus asinus) alpacas (Vicugna pacos). carried out April 2013 September 2014. Urine samples were collected on five private Czech farms 18 jennies 12 alpaca females. non-invasively into plastic cups fastened a telescopic rod, at 6-9 week intervals. In total, 60 54 urine jennies, respectively, collected. performed by State Veterinary Institute Prague. test done with 5 ml mixed together 1% solution. Results strongly influenced reproductive status jennies; 100% successful throughout second half pregnancy. However, no relationship found between real females results reaction. It concluded that is not suitable either donkeys, due significant influence season results, or alpacas, because found. conclusion, has potential become standard diagnostic method donkeys.
