摘要: Abstract We theoretically study the magnetic-field induced bistability in a quasi-one-dimensional semiconductor microcavity. A critical magnetic field is obtained, and appears if greater than value. For positive energy detuning of pump from bare exciton polaritons, one loop first emerges, then it divides into two loops, finally them vanishes with increasing field. This phenomenon originates modulated interactions for opposite spins. In variational process, there are important effects: logic gate small variation excitation laser, other spin texture like skyrmion this periodic varies periodically real space, which useful designing spin-dependent optoelectronic devices.
