摘要: Inhibition of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) leads to decreased proliferation non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) lines. Although it is well known that bFGF stimulates vascular endothelial (VEGF) secretion, the influence bFGF-inhibition unclear. We therefore investigated inhibition on VEGF gene expression and secretion in NSCLC In our experiments we demonstrated protein induced increased VEGF. also observed an increase these cells. Furthermore, activated p42/p44 mitogen-activated kinase (MAPK). These results demonstrate appears stimulate production a p42/44 MAPK-dependent manner. findings suggest alone not promising strategy inhibit angiogenesis.
