Modelling for land acquisition for SEZ

摘要: Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is one of the most controversial issues in India recent times. There no doubt that it will spawn rapid industrial and economic growth. But process development under question as local agitations against acquisition land for purpose have turned violent. In this paper, we propose a model which provides rehabilitation those displaced outside perimeter SEZ, so appreciation price accrues to them owner becomes part prosperity project generates.
