摘要: In a 32-yr-old man, an infratentorial cystic lesion with mural nodule was interpreted to be either hemangioblastoma or astrocytoma on CT scan. Intraoperative crush cytology revealed it choroid plexus papilloma (CPP). The utility of in the rapid diagnosis central nervous system (CNS) tumors and differential CNS papillary lesions are highlighted this report.
