摘要: Background Characteristics of the implant surface may benefit osseointegration, and knowledge this process in diverse clinical situations play a role dentistry practice. Purpose The aim present study was to compare stability dental implants with different types treatment. Materials methods Fifty-five were placed mandibles 11 fully edentulous patients. Group 1 (G1) consisted 27 hydrophilic surface. 2 (G2) 28 (double sandblasting acid etching). Implants distributed randomly; equal surfaces not contiguously. Measurements taken after surgery (baseline) 10, 30, 60, 90 days, 4 8 months surgery. Resonance frequency analysis (RFA) used for determining stability. Results No statistically significant differences found. largest difference quotient (ISQ) between groups occurred at first evaluation (ISQ ≈ 69.8 G1 68.4 G2). Reductions more accentuated month, returning values similar baseline subsequent months, peak reached Conclusion found mandibular arch, submitted immediate loading analyzed using RFA.
