The center, which may be built in both vertical horizontal spindle configurations, has an automatic changer including a storage matrix, swing transfer device mounted on the two-handed arm headstock. It operates with current commercial tapered shank toolholders utilizes existing power drawbolt engagement structure of to secure them during change.
