摘要: A method of measuring the orientation constituents specimens is disclosed, which includes steps preparing a cavity resonator in form pair waveguides forming cavity, said being formed with slit, inserting specimen sheet or web oscillating by microwaves fixed frequency while producing relative rotation between inserted and plane resonator, amount attenuation output signal transmitted microwave intensity from respect to exciting input signal, relation angle characterized that oscillation set shifted slightly toward higher side resonance as measured when slit held therein at an arbitrary resonator.
