摘要: The present invention relates to the field of pharmacology and medicine, specifically a new generation anticancer drugs with cytostatic action based on docetaxel. In drug composition docetaxel is included in biodigestible stable nanoparticles. nanoparticles comprise docetaxel, PLGA, serum albumin D-mannitol developed proposed be manufactured as enterosoluble tablets, capsules granules, powder, or any other peroral form.
