摘要: Contents The aim of the present study was to evaluate in vitro and vivo effect addition superoxide dismutase (SOD) reduced glutathione (GSH) ram semen freezing extender. Significant differences (p 0.05). It can therefore be concluded that SOD 100 U/ml GSH 2 5 mm preserves acrosome integrity frozen spermatozoa, while Tris egg-yolk extender offers protection membranes sperm cells after thawing.
