摘要: Introduction: Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is a rare but important cause of acute syndrome. It can unstable angina, myocardial infarction, and sudden death. The condition commonly affects young females with about one-third the cases occurring during pregnancy peripartum period. diagnosis may occasionally be overlooked as patients are often have no risk factors for disease. Case presentation: Here we report case 29-year-old African American woman who presented syndrome due to spontaneous first obtuse marginal branch left circumflex at three weeks post-partum recovered requiring only medical management, possibly by longitudinal distribution intramural hematoma leading good distal flow. Conclusions: should suspected in all multiparous presenting chest pain period even absence factors. Urgent angiography required. recommended that treatment tailored meet individual circumstances. Patients present single-vessel disease hemodynamic stability, receive anticoagulation, nitrates beta-blocker, experience results.
