摘要: Abstract We have, for the first time, prepared BiO 0.9 F 2.35 as a new photocatalyst by simple hydrothermal method. It is found that at different ratios of fluorine to oxygen (F/O), Bi x O y z samples have varied internal electric field (IEF) and electrical conductivities, thus showing photochemistry properties degradation RhB. The bulk IEF conductivity can be conveniently controlled F/O ratio, improving layered . This study provides strategy develop efficient photocatalysts.
