Effect of Cobalt on Sperm Motility in an Endangered Trout Species, Salmo coruhensis

摘要: Experiments were designed to examine the in vitro effect of cobalt on sperm motility endangered trout species (Salmo coruhensis). Sperm samples diluted an immobilizing solution, and activated a motility-activation solution that was supplemented with at concentrations 1, 10, 100 1000 mg/L. The percentage motile duration determined.
